On youtube you can also edit the video to put English subtitles so the english users can understand what you say in the video!!

mm ... if it is an option, but given my low level of English I think for now I discard it.

Can somebody else make the subtitles of the videos or this feature is only accessible by the owner of the account?

I swear that anyone can edit subtitles in videos, I think so.
